The burger looked so sad and disappointing for a Loaded Jalapeño Whopper® . The buns felt old and dry. Was there any jalapeno sauce on there?? And there was only one meat patty, even though it's advertised to have two patties. I also paid for a sauce cup and never received it.
I ordered two chicken sandwiches buy one get one free only got one of my sandwiches and the other one is super hard and cold
Missing one of the Cinnamon Apple Pies and the Jalapeño Cheddar Bites. The one pie I did get was clearly sitting out for a long time. Until now, never in my life did I have an overcooked, burnt Double Cheeseburger from Burger King. All four of them were rubbery and black around the edges. The only part of my order halfway decent were the French Fries. I don't think I'll be ordering from here again.
Usually good quality food, but they shorted me some of my French Toast Sticks today, which is a very sad thing to be short on.
Forgot one of my items like always
This is my second time ordering and main items are forgotten again. I don't think it's hard to read an order.
Food was cold, ordered a shake and received a sprite. Very disappointing! Won't order again as this is the second time with issues.
