I recently dined at Burger King and was disappointed with the experience. The chicken patties were cold, and the chicken nuggets were dried out. Additionally, the floors were greasy and slippery, and the tables and chairs were dirty. The service was terrible, and the clerks were incredibly rude. They claimed the food was cold because they had called our number several times, but we had been waiting for less than five minutes inside the restaurant and could barely hear them due to the loud music. I just spent a good couple dollars in here at 1 am and my order all types of messed up he put lettuce and tomatoes on my wraps and I can’t even have that, my mozzarella sticks are stuck together and old & I’m missing a whole wrap from my order I ordered 4 fiery wraps and 3 honey mustard how did I end up with 5 fiery and 3 honey mustard!? This is ridiculous do better next time 🙅🏽‍♂️😒

I’m fat so I swing by at least every other week. Occasionally the wait might be a tad longer than I would like, but nothing extreme. Wait is reasonable especially when you receive piping hot food and your correct order. In my experience, it’s always worth the visit/wait. Staff aren’t overly friendly (which I don’t mind since no one has ever been rude or unpleasant, Staff has always been cordial and respectful. Overall, I highly appreciate your work and the easy going transaction. Keep up the good work.

Shift supervisor mad because cause her employee put the wrong order in. Very disrespectful. Foods not that good to deal with disrespectful people. I was wondering why they’re never busy. Now I know why. The GM should reconsider his supervisor choices.
