I had been looking for a car for about 8 months. I had preapproval through Capital One and used auto navigator to narrow down my options. I texted Monica on a Saturday to see if she was in and we made an appt for Sunday morning. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Maribel. I worked with Lessa Lamb and she took amazing care of me! Not only was she knowledgeable and stylish, but she never pushed the sale. Lessa was encouraging and even let me try out the sound systems in my test drives. (Also, they have warm cookies y'all. WARM. COOKIES. This is not a drill). Went looking online first and made an appointment with Maggie, one of their sales reps. She was great! And the car ran really well! Got an extended warranty and service overall was fantastic.
Came to the Nissan in burien today. Got here around 4ish trying to get a car that would fit perfectly with my son and I. As soon as I got there we got a friendly greet by maribel. Showed me many different cars, I told her exactly what I wanted and found the perfect match. As soon as said "I want that car" Edgar stepped in to help and went out of his way to meet my expectations. incredible experience.. every time i go for service, they always put something new... great coffee machine... water botlles cold..and bagels with cream cheese.
