Burke is Amazing! The seller of the home we wanted to buy would only accept our offer if we could close in less than 14 days. I called Burke to see if it could be done and he said "I cannot promise 14 days but I am up for the challenge, lets go for it". We closed our loan with Burke Christensen back in May and having never used American Pacific before we weren't sure how it would be. I have to say honestly this was hands down the smoothest, easiest closing we have ever done.
