Patients beware, this dentist is scamming senior citizens on a daily basis. I made an appointment at Burns and gave them all my insurance info, AFTER I went for my consultation is when they informed me my insurance was not accepted ! Why not tell me beforehand. That way I could have found a dentist that was accepted. When I told my friends what had happened they told me the SAME THING happened to them. I went in needing a crown because part of my tooth had cracked. When trying to remove the cracked portion I felt the dentist and assistant were not at all gentle. They seemed to get upset when I wouldn't keep my tongue in a certain position, plus the assistant caused me some pain pressing down on my lip and tongue with a metal devise. The dentist said I needed to have my bone ground down to finish the crown, and that it needed to be done by a periodontist. Up to my last visit I would have given them 4 to 5 stars. The person that started taking care of me decided that my concerns were a bit of a joke and couldn’t stop Grinning and half laughing and not even paying attention. She didn’t even want to be bothered and even wound up having someone else come and take care of me before the doctor came in. It was very uncomfortable to say the least
