Only went there because my friends like going: a month ago left a pair of $1800 of pre order Oliver Peoples glasses. Manager follow up was terrible, emails, Facebook messenger emails poorly follow up. Honestly - will never recommend and go out of default. Stars - Zero Customer service - Zero Even worse manager tried to plug because of my 10k followers on social media.
The atmosphere and the drinks are very creative.

While driving thru SC, a friend was researching where we could stop and no where on the website does it say SC doesn’t allow bottle sales on Sunday. We went close to 100 miles out of our way to be told there weren’t tours or samples. If I wanted a drink with my lunch I could have stopped at Applebees. Was very disappointed and left. Please be a little more informative on your page than to lure people in that can’t get the full benefit of your distillery.
Open Sundays, shows open hours but does not say that they are a restaurant on Sundays. No tours. Can’t buy their alcohol on Sunday. So make it clear, on Sunday’s you are a restaurant, not a distillery.

We thought the venue was really cool, but we couldn't get one bartender of the SIX standing there to serve us. We got one drink and we're never once approached again for another.... Ashame because the drinks were excellent and we too well...
