This is a delightful distillery with plenty of seating and a very open and light environment. The service was wonderful and you can order flights, make your own flights, or order a cocktail from a array of creative concoctions. I tried the pear and cucumber vodkas (both wonderful) and the melon and grapefruit/orange gin. I wasn’t crazy about the melon gin (just my palate) but the grapefruit/ orange was so tasty.
