Been a long time customer after some not so great experiences else where - however tonight just blew me away I was freaking out when my baby had her tumour rupture the staff rushed us in and took great care of my girl they are loving friendly and genuine and I trust them completely with my babies ☺️
Such a lovely place - the only place I will go for my fur baby. Annie is a bit of a frequent flyer at Burpengary and we are always so welcomed no matter any time. The beautiful people here remember my girl and are alway happy to come round and give her pats and love when she arrives - she gets so excited when we get there because she knows she is going to get spoilt. My cat was put to sleep this afternoon. The compassion and kindness that was shown by all involved was more than I expected or hoped for. Thank you so much for understanding our sad time. You were wonderful towards my children as well.
I changed to bringing my treasured dog Ellie here a few years ago and just want to say how lovely the staff are from the girls on reception to the Vets and how caring everyone is...after experiencing another vet who was not so friendly I would not go anywhere else...xxxx
