The best apartments in Arden, price-wise is very competitive with others in similar conditions, the apartment looks like a brand new one, granite kitchen, spacious bathrooms, high ceilings. Their personal addresses any concerns if it arises. I highly recommend these apartments.

I have lived here for about 5 months. Staff is great. Apartment was new when I moved in. Only issue I can hear EVERY step the neighbor upstairs takes and the ceiling sounds like it creaks with every step. Very annoying and not relaxing. I have nog gotten accustomed to it.

Best apartments in Asheville (Arden). You can't beat the sunsets from the 3rd floor. Monica always answers your concerns, she's the best! High end appliances, soaker bathtubs in both bathrooms, high ceilings, and a granite kitchen.....what more could you ask for??!! Kiki
