Bush Animal Hospital was unprofessional throughout my interactions with them (three office visits, and several phone calls). I had an appointment to obtain an international health certificate for my dog. Without the correct forms, my dog, myself, and my 13 month old would be stranded in a European airport. On Thanksgiving Day, my 3 year old, 75 lb Rottweiler/Shepherd jumped up onto the bed and immediately cried out in pain. He did not move the rest of the day, nor did not he eat, drink, or try to walk despite his normal rambunctious personality. We had friends over for “Friendsgiving,” and Buddy didn’t move to greet anyone... no wagging tail, no puppy kisses, no begging for yummy turkey scraps or honey baked ham. Was a client for a while, and I need to be clear The Front staff - wonderful, kind, helpful. The nicest people you could hope to work with, especially when stressed about your pet. The medical team - Amazing, friendly, very qualified, sense of humor (where appropriate) Good people. So why one star? We joined the "Paw Plan." it seemed like a good, manageable way to help take care of our new pup, and it really helped our daughter pay for her dogs dental work.
