I have four pets - two dogs, and two cats - and I wouldn't dream of taking them anywhere besides Bush Animal Hospital. The staff and veterinarians are extremely kind, professional, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about animals. The prices are completely reasonable, and I've never once been pressured into unnecessary procedures, buying fancy food, etc. We recently brought in our elderly cat, Norman, to have him checked out, since he was limping slightly. The techs are so nice here and they always love on my Rumple. Even through covid they have been great!
The staff is friendly and very knowledgable. My puppy is always happy to see them. Dr Newman is great to talk with after the examination. I really like this clinic.
We've been coming here since moving back to Eugene a couple years ago. Love them - they are caring and compassionate. They helped me through having to euthanize our senior dog during the dark days of Covid in April. They are wonderful with my 3 year dog and I can't wait to bring my new puppy here in a couple of weeks!
Been going to them with all our pets since early 1970's. Love their upbeat attitudes (front desk and exam rooms), very knowledgeable, treat our family pets like family. Couldn't ask for more.
I would not go anywhere else, doctors are exceptional and they really do care about each and every patient. They take time to know their patients and always take my concerns seriously. The staff is wonderful, very understanding and I know my kitties are in the hands of knowledgeable caring doctors. Bush Animal Hospital is who I trust to care for my precious fur babies.
Everyone there is very friendly and super compassionate! There procedure during this pandemic is spot-on! They all wear masks, they come to your car to get your pet, the doctor comes out afterwards and gives you the run down, etc. I so appreciate this veterinary clinic, and special thanks to Dr. Priscilla Gibson for always taking such good care of our dog!
