We had to say goodbye to our little poodle, Sam, last night. The staff was WONDERFUL. They explained everything before they did anything, were super comforting, and told us we could stay for hours if we needed to. They have so much compassion in their hearts and a love for their job.

We unexpectedly lost a furry member of our family today. He was the biggest brown teddy bear, a gentle giant, and a Very sweet dog. It came as a big shock and has been very hard on us. Cooper, we love you. Now you can run with our Rosie girl. 💙 Thank you to the girls at Butler Veterinary Associates and Emergency Center who were so thoughtful and wrote us a sympathy card with our paw print. You really touched our hearts with your words in that card.
We had an emergency last night and unfortunately we had to say goodbye to our kitty. The staff was incredibly compassionate and caring. Thank you for your kindness during a very difficult time.
On 1/20/20, our 14 year old Boxer mix Brady suddenly bloated up. It was 9:30 p.m. and we immediately rushed him to Butler Veterinary Associates, about a 30-minute drive for us. They saw him immediately and after x-raying him, they discovered that his stomach had turned and also had tumors in his stomach cavity and an enlarged liver. Just two weeks prior, our local veterinarian diagnosed him with mast cell cancer. Our dog had an infection of unknown origin with a high temp. We took her there as an emergency and they saved her. We can’t put into words how much that means to us. We would highly recommend going here. Dr Harvey and all his staff were amazing.

I can't say enough great things about this practice! The staff is knowledgeable, patient, kind and professional. My pets can be challenging to work with when going to the doctor. Everyone at BVA does an incredible job working with them. I just boarded all 3 pets. The kennel staff was amazing! They took excellent care of my babies. Thank you all so much!

I had to rush my Pomeranian in today because he swallowed a piece of turkey bone, everybody was so awesome and coco is just fine. You ladies rock!

I can not thank Butler Veterinary Associates enough. I called with an emergency this morning at 8:01. They told me to come over immediately. They were waiting for us offered to help bring in our dog. They saw him promptly and spent all the time we needed with us. This is while they had a full schedule of regular scheduled patients. They were very thorough answering all my questions as well as my son's questions who was on the phone. They took a situation that I thought was bleak and turned it around.
