I am shocked, disappointed and angry at this Clinique. I just left an extensive voicemail for the manager of this clinic which I have never done before at any veterinarian clinic. Do yourself a favor before you take your pet here and make sure to read all of the story below. I am beyond livid about the way we were treated today. We had an appointment for our oldest cat, to receive vaccine updates, which were overdue (because we have just moved to CA from VA). I highly recommend NOT going here. They are untrustworthy & lie. They don’t have good communication & they vaccinated my dog without my consent. They then failed to tell me about the vaccination when handing her over to me after the visit. When I addressed it the next day after viewing a receipt, they lied about the doctors response. They did not care to apologize about the incident & blamed me for being a first time pet owner. Please PLEASE go elsewhere with your trusted veterinarian for your fur babies.
