We had to put my buddy Kooper down today. He was 11 years old and sick. I have to give a such praise to the staff as they were wonderful! Dr. Fox was absolutely amazing. We were there to witness something horrible happen to this wonderful man this morning because of an idiot that didn't know how to control his temper and for everything that doctor Fox had to go through, he was still so nice and professional through all that we had to go through today. I have to give praise to Dr. Gary Fox and the Butterfield Animal Hospital. I got home today and found my 8-year old boxer with an abscess near her anal gland. It was 5pm and they closed at 6. I called and explained my concerns and the receptionist told me if I could get there by 5:30, they would allow me as a walk-in. Mind you, they normally stop taking walk-ins at 5. I rushed down there and made it in time. Not only did they get me in within 10 minutes, I was out of there by 6 with a happy, abscess free dog, antibioti... read more

I was just at Butterfield with Dr Leon dropping off a little gift from Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice and Euthanasia. This clinic is sparkling clean, gorgeous, and Krystal in reception was so sweet and positive! What a beautiful place to take your furry kids!
