This was a totally different experience 16th move and not as customer friendly as a lot of our previous ones Once we actually got to the closing service was great Encounter with the realtor representing the seller during the walk thru was short of appalling Would be helpful if an information sheet and keys etc were given at closing as is usually done Still waiting to see checklist completed Great neighbors

After a few nights at the apartment, we started noticing a few roaches and other bugs. The pesticide sprayer was sent soon after and we are currently waiting to see if they come back after 10 days. Also, a small annoyance was a mild smell of cigarettes in the apartment at the time of move in. Elsewise, everything was fine.

Excellent! I came to Byers & Harvey as a renter originally and the fact that they checked on the property we had been renting at the time (2008) and how they handled a repair we needed to resolve left me thinking, if someday I was needing a management for a property I own I was calling Byers & Harvey! Well, fast forward (2017) my husband and I completed our service (Army - Fort Campbell) and wanted to head back to Texas. So we entrusted our property to Byers and Harvey. Christie L Miller and Robina White have been incredibly responsive and effective in all aspects of dealing with our property. As first time landlords, we were a bit leary of handing over this responsibility, but we sleep great at night knowing that they are on the job. The entire team at Byers and Harvey make us feel like we are the only ones they help. We feel we are THE priority, and couldn't be more pleased!!!
