Wonderful staff! Very informed and incredibly friendly. My young son felt at ease. I also was impressed with how thoroughly the Doctor went over the pictures and x-rays. I highly recommend the office.

Dr Clark was so great with my apprehensive kid. The whole office has a great way of making it seem like an adventure vs a doctor appointment. Also, appreciate they way they treat my kid as the patient by including her in discussions.

Excellent Service as always Byrd Smiles took all of the fear out of having braces for me and my daughter. The staff is always caring and understand....soothing away fears and thorughly explaining the treatment plan.
Impromptu service a wire came detached from my son's braces so we came in unannounced and they fit us in quickly and replaced the faulty bracket -- in and out in 15 minutes. Great and friendly service!
