Love this place. Friendly, super knowledgeable, could it possibly also be fun to visit people who are touching your teeth? They do such a great job of making you comfortable and happy to go in.
High quality service! My daughters and I had and excellent treatment with Dr. Byrd and Dr. Clark over the years and we were very pleased with the results. They are outstanding; the office staff couldn't be more helpful and courteaus. Excellent team!
The Total Team Everyone at Byrdsmiles is great; they are total professionals. Dr. Byrd, her associates and assistants make the orthodontic process friendly and comfortable for my kids and keep me well-informed of the procedures and what to expect ahead. The receptionists and schedulers give a warm welcome and are flexible in making any changes that come up. The finance staff is friendly and efficient. And the waiting area is relaxing and fun.
Always excellent advice and service I appreciate the excellent advice and service at Byrdsmiles and never feel like I am being sold a service my family doesn't need. Drs. Clarke and Byrd are very good listeners and good with my children. The staff is unfailingly pleasant. I highly recommend!
Dr. BYRD IS VERY MEASURED. Her office is sophisticated, yet down to earth. She cares to do the right treatment and is ethical. She has taken the time to talk to me extensively and had made very sound and good recommendations.
