For me, I wanted to work with someone who was not only knowledgeable but could walk me through my options, and could ultimately get me the best rate. I went to Byron after I had gone half way through the process with another provider, and I was not happy with their service. Byron made sure he got everything done in time and we did not have to move any dates and we closed on time. Buying a home is stressful, and you need people like Byron in your corner and I couldn't recommend him enough!

As a first-time home buyer in Denver's highly competitive market, I had a lot of questions when it came to the mortgage application process. Byron was fantastic- he provided thorough, clear explanations and answered my many questions throughout the process. He also provided a consistently high level of attention to the several offers I made before purchasing my home! I can't recommend him highly enough and would happily work with Byron again if I ever refinance or purchase another home!

I bought my first home with Byron as my mortgage man and I couldn't have had a better experience. He helped me make sense of the unfamiliar world of buying and owning a home. I worked with a loan officer on Byron's team, Johnny Bugarin. He was highly proactive, helpful and engaged throughout the entire process. He's great at meeting people where they're at to explain what's normally a convoluted process, in whatever terms make sense to the client, and checks in regularly to make sure everything makes sense and is moving along.
