RecommendedI initially invested a total of $105,000 over a period of 5 weeks. My bonus/profit was $830,000, every attempt to make withdrawal failed and I was instructed to make another deposit of $25,000 before I can make withdrawals which I did. the response time was quick and that was nice but my bathroom was newly remodled and the guy that came got solder on my roommates custom shower curtain and it burned holes in it and in the shower and on the floor. I just figured he would think to move that stuff and bring a tarp or something to work over. but other than that the job got done.

I had used these guys in the past and got good service so when I had an issue come up with my garbage disposal I gave them a call. I told the person who I booked the appointment with that I had checked for clogs in the pipes and assumed it was a disposal issue. Also explained an issue with my sink downstairs. The next day I waited for them for 3 hours to never show or call me so I reached out only to be told that I needed to call Roto router. What, for a garbage disposal?? I will not be using or recommending these guys again... read more

The plumber that came out was nice but he really didn’t know what he was doing he was there to replace my backyard faucet which was by the ground the pipe was in my downstairs basement bedroom and for some reason he cut a hole in my ceiling and then two holes on the wall where he finally found the pipe There was no need to cut the ceiling and then he couldn’t figure out how to turn the water off and he didn’t know how to turn the main shut off off in my front yard and I was charged $565 he couldn’t side of the pipe so you pu... read more

Their invoicing should be transparent to indicate labor and material cost. A $600 estimate become a $1,157 job because they had to add two $31 flanges to the bottom of 2 toilets on a project that took 2.5 hours.

RecommendedWe live in Saddle Rock & we had a bad toilet flange that caused a leak so I called C4 & Mark came out. I already removed the toilet because I planned to do the repair myself but after seeing the subfloor damage decided to call an expert. Mark was there 5 minutes and helped me remove the old flange. He showed me how to do the repair and it was SO simple. I asked him how much I owed him & he said NOTHING. No joke! This is a repair the big companies would've easily charged $300-$500.
