Signed a sublease for the Spring semester and everything went quite smoothly. The application process as well as the apartment assignment was quite easy and stress free. Moved in w/o a hassle and enjoy cabana's amenities.
I love Cabana. The only problem I've had is move in day. They bumped up my rent a week before. And when I got to my apartment they hadn't cleaned or put furniture back. It was taken care of asap and beside a few maintenance things I have no problems. I escape to the hammocks on the weekends and enjoy the gym whenever I can. The events are fun. I love being the apartments in Gainesville who have events all month long. Would recommend! And would resign.
It's a great place to live and great amenities and great staff just a lovely pool and overall I luv cabana they just need better roommate matching but not knocking the place
