EXcellent and Caring Staff My Mother was a patient. The staff never stooped to mere competence. Everyone with whom we came in contact was caring and helpful. care plans were explained, special requests were met when appropriate. The facility was spotless. The professional staff especially Rich, my mom's lead physical therapist went beyond the extra mile. The net result was she is recovering from a difficult surgery that few people her age achieve. I would Highly recommend this facility without reservation.
For rehab purposes it was fine. Dad was here for a few weeks for a broken shoulder he had surgery on and was only there for the rehab and that was fine. The Physical Therapist was very attentive and caring. The staff was upbeat and the ones that worked in the dining room were great, but the room aides were not as caring, a lot of them were foreign and the accents made it difficult for the residents to understand. He likes the two girls from the therapy. They are so nice and the therapy is good.
Poor Patint Care The management of this site is totally incompetent. The therapy staff appears to be good, but the patient care is disgraceful. Security is also an issue. I arrived to take my sister to a doctors appointment one day a few minutes before 8 am. The front door was unlocked, but reception was not manned. Anyone could walk in or out. Since the staff is very lax about wearing IDs, it is impossible to be sure who is an employee. My sister reported waiting over two hours for assistance to visit the toilet. Her pain m... read more
Disheartened Before you select this location for short term patient care please read posted reviews for your care or for family members. The PT staff is GREAT and very amiable, affable and personable with patients. But there seems to be some disconnect when it comes to a few of the nursing and aid staff, in just what you would think should be basic care or assistance and it is very unfortunate that a few give bad care to patients over shadow the rest of the staffing. Don't bother The management staff are all very rude. I will never recommend anyone to come here for rehab or to work. We could see how over worked the staff are. How hard they are busting their butts. Some of the nurses can be rude and it's hard to understand them.

Not for clients who need more than physcial therapy Think carefully about putting any family member here. staff are not friendly, and spend most of their time caring for their long term patients. I often found my family member alone in his room with an untouched tray, and he needed assistance to eat. He was often dirty and when needed assistance to toilet the call button went unanswered. NOT YOUR CHOICE FOR SHORT TERM OR SURGICAL REHAB Think twice about choosing this facility for your loved one for rehab. Because they also accomodate long-term (non-rehab) patients, the nursing aides spend more time with those patients. Aides have no interest in your loved ones speedy or successful rehab & most don't know or care about the patient diagnosis, ability level, goals & restrictions. Ditto language barrier.
