This is a known favorite of ours for pre-Lincoln Center performances. Food is always excellent. Noise level is always very high. Last night's waiter was quite busy and there were times we couldn't find him. He, otherwise, carried out his duties well. They are masterful at getting food on the table very quickly.
Food was very good and service was also excellent. tables squeezed so tight, you ca not breathe. And $25 for pancakes??? The place is good, but no pancakes are worth $25. Pricing in general, suggest that owners are extremely greedy. It's taking inflation to new levels.

The dinner was delicious. The staff were all very professional. The price point was reasonable. We really had a much better experience than we expected. The restaurant is always full and bustling, but somehow they manage to give every diner the attention they need and the exceptional dinner they expect. Don’t know how they do it!
Good Italian restaurant in Lincoln Center area. High points: calamari and bruschetta apps and eggplant parmesan main. Prices high/normal for Upper West Side especially if you order wine and/or drinks. Service very good, but noisy atmosphere inside. Will get outdoor seating next time.
Perfect place to finish the evening after an opera.
We got together there with special friends on a beautiful day and it was nearly perfect. Acoustics should be worked out. Everyone was very professional and kind. Thank you!

Maitre d’ was so polite & quick to honor our reservation and seat us in pretty area. Linden, our waiter, was spectacular. He went above and beyond to explain specials & dishes with a genuine smile & positive energy. The food was and is always fantastic! Loved my chicken cutlet with pasta.
