This is a very nice Italian restaurant. Food is delicious. The service is fast. The location is across from Lincoln Center so makes it a very good option for pre-performance dinner.
I’ve eaten here many times over the years. The service last night was very disappointing. We had not yet finished our antipasti when our entrees arrived. I really regret that I didn’t ask the server to bring them out after we had finished the antipasti; we were going to the ballet and I was concerned that if I sent them back, we might not see them again until much later. EXCELLENT!!!
We sat outdoors where it was quiet and wonderful. Excellent service and food. A bit pricey, and I wish they had personal size pizzas.
The vegetable antipasti is the way to go here. The garlic loaf was also absolutely delicious!
I eat here every time I’m in New York. Classic Italian. Best chocolate mousse in town. Fantastic atmosphere.
One of my favorite NYC restaurants. Always a pleasure to dine here as every meal feels special. And terrific food , too!
