i have enjoyed this restaurant for more than 30 years, however prices are out of control. a 21$ anti pasto plate included 1 slice of eggplant. 2 pieces of braised fennel and a small wedge of potato , will choose differently next time
We were referred by our friend, who used to live in NYC, to Cafe Fiorello. We were immediately impressed by the ambience of the restaurant and it's staff. Our experience included a delicious garlic loaf & excellent crab cakes, followed by a plate of their famous lasagna and the chicken pepperoni parmigiana. Everything was delicious! Our server was even so kind to bring us complimentary shots of their limoncello - which was also very tasty! The service was excellent considering the restaurant was extremely busy. We thoroughly enjoyed the energetic atmosphere. The bolognese dish was delicious and very authentic. We will definitely be back next time we are in NYC.
Delicious food, lovely warm atmosphere
Always reliable, good variety of choices. Our dinner was after theater and guests were arriving as we left...so it is popular venue for late bite to eat.
Just absolutely fantastic! I recommend the lasagna!
one of my go to spots before the ballet or after the ballet -- great menu one can choose something light or substantial and the garlic bread is outstanding
A great location - I tickets for concerts at Lincoln Center. The service is good -food good, lots of it. But, the noise level is out of control - at 7:30 pm I think it gets quieter as the evening progresses.
Staff is exceptional-- kind, helpful, pleasant, responsive.
