This is an old favorite and an important Restaurant for Lincoln Center audiences. Unfortunately it is too crowded and over the top noisy for a pleasant meal now
It felt safe, covid vaccines where checked and most servers wore masks. Tables were spaced. Service was friendly and quick. Food was outstanding, salads fresh, perfect amount of dressing. The avocado toast was great, and bread used was very good, crunchy but easy to cut with knife. And the buttermilk pancakes are the best we have ever tried, exceptionally good! Great lively atmosphere, kids friendly.
I went with two friends for Sunday brunch. The food was good but the area we were seated in was very loud, even though not crowded. Acoustics? Tin ceiling? I don't know the cause but it was difficult for us to hear each other
Good and service were both first rate. Reservations definitely recommended for weekend
Been going here at least once a month for over 10 years. Is a neighborhood staple. Brunch is good. Generally it does not disappoint. First time the tiramisu was less than desirable. It won't keep me from coming back. See you next time!

Love the vegetable antipasto. We shared that with a meatball pizza which was outstanding.
Missed the chocolate and the bread that was available before the pandemic. Close table extremely loud, otherwise great dining.
