We had an excellent dinner before Saturday night opera. Location across from Lincoln Center is perfect. Great food - fettucinni bolognese (with wild boar), and the lasagna specialty of the house (NOT the typical lasagna!). Fried artichokes appetizer was awazing. Fabulous as always. If you are in a decadent mode, order the bucket of chocolate mousse WITH the bucket of fresh whipped cream. Outrageous 😎
Food good. Truly enjoyed it. Close to Lincoln Center.
Always a delight. They accommodated our request for a quiet table. Vegetable platter was extraordinary, pasta a few grades above normal fare, tartuffo unusual and delicious.

Never felt rushed enabling us to relish the food and conversation as well. Definitely will return.
Right across from Lincoln Center, and very receptive to getting you to the theater on time. Food is excellent and service is attentive even though this place is always full and busy between 5:30 and 8:00 pre show!! I like the vibe... great way to start the evening before a show.

This last one was an exception so take it from me - don't order the artichoke frittata that was a weird, grey and crumbly mess. But everything else was great - my friend's chicken parm and the housemade buratta were treats. The people ... read more
