Always a reliable and good choice, particularly if going to Lincoln Center for an event. Have never been disappointed.
My chicken piccata was unremarkable. For the prices they charge to add on $16 to the price of an entree was a shock. The place is s lovely old restaurant, busy snd lively. The main draw is that it is across the street from Lincoln Center.
Location top. Alright food, by far not only Italian focused. A bit nervy, impatient service. Tables tight to each other so the noise and crowdedness level is above average. Optimal price-quality balance in the NYC context.
Seated on time and not rushed. Our food was delicious and our waiter was knowledgeable and professional.
We were seared on time. The service was excellent and the food delicious.
Food and service both are outstanding; however, because it is packed during evening hours it is very noisy and almost impossible to carry conversation without screaming which then makes it worse. Probably outdoor seating may definitely help. Otherwise, it is hard to find any other restaurant with so many choices and all excellent.
This is our go to restaurant when we are at Lincoln Center and we are always happy
The food was prepared well but was not hot. Service not attentive.
