Cafe Fiorello is an institution across the street from Lincoln Center, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and brunch on the weekends. Fiorello's is a great spot for pre-theater dining. Open late each night, the restaurant is also perfect for a post-theater dinner, a light bite at the antipasto bar, or cocktails and dessert.

Not my best time there, waiter got orders wrong and then first meal was undercooked and had to go back. In the end, once orders gotten right, we were all pleased. Still like it as before Met option.
This is our favorite restaurant in NYC. A lot of other people seem to feel the same way so if you want to eat here be sure to have a reservation. The highlight for us is the antipasto bar which features numerous freshly prepared vegetable and seafood offerings.
Favorite spot in Lincoln Center for pre opera dinner. Consistant good food with energetic service. Can be expensive but given the location, in line with other establishments.
Food was good, not great, so overall 3.5 stars rather than 4. Great location for Lincoln Ctr area meal. Service fast/friendly/competent. Quite noisy but, as requested, given very quiet table that made conversation easy. Fish dinner of branzini (sp?) was very good, but tagliatelle bolonnaise was uninspired and disappointing since waiter recommended it. Next time would order signature dish lasagna, or thin crust pizza, which two tables near us ordered and loved, along with salad. Pizza HUGE, so definitely for 2-3 to share. Lim... read more
Very good for pre and post opera.
Our waiter was great and the food was really great. The food was pleasantly much more upscale than we expected served in a professional and relaxed atmosphere. We will always go back when we are in the Lincoln Center area.
Consistently serves superb specials as well as an excellent menu to choose from
Very noisy - couldn't really have a conversation with anybody at the table except the person sitting next to you. Long wait for the main course - appetizer came in 5 minutes, waited 30 minutes for the entrees. Appetizer bar was excellent - couple choices off a veggie menu, couple off the seafood menu - nice variety, very tasty. Entrees were a mixed bag. Cafe Fiorello Lasagna was just weird - didn't look like any lasagna any of us had ever seen, didn't taste like any either. Veal Milanese was a circular breaded cutlet 10" in ... read more
The food is good and the portions, especially for the veal, are enormous. However, for the price I think the food could be better. If you are eating here before the theater, it's like dining in a whirlwind because everyone is trying to get out at the same time and the place is very crowded.
