I really like Dr Gerald and recommend her without question. But since I received at least 4 reminders that my appointment was at 11:00 and if I didn’t show up I would be charged-it would have been considerate of the staff to have come out and told me that she was running behind schedule, since i waited an hour for my appointed time.
Everyone is always pleasant and professional. They know me by name and seem genuinely seem glad to see me

Overall excellent office visit and care. Had to wait about 45 minutes for a 11:30 appt but the office was busy so the wait wasn't bad. I was very happy with my office visit,
Dr Groysman is wonderful! The staff is always prompt and professional. Wouldn’t send my family anywhere else!
I came, I was seen, I was cured. Goal achieved. Definitely a top notch office. 2 day appointment, 30 minutes in and out, friendly, clean, the doctor, nurse and office staff are competent, knowledgeable and friendly. Zero problems.
Been going to Cahaba Dermatology for several years now. Dr Gerald is always very thorough in her exam of the skin. I Highly recommend them!
Only negative was wait time. Appt 10:20, called back 11:10.
I arrived and a customer was at checkout but the receptionist was being a great consultant about skin care purchases but it was time consuming while I stand there and wait. After waiting about 10min I expressed I need to shorten my appointment based on my time I changed to a 30min instead of 1 hour. Made it to the room at 11:17am we started and was told will focus on an area but I was done by 11:38 No full 30 min massage but everyone was extremely nice. Great Staff!
