Everyone was so pleasant and I really liked Dr. Gerald. She was thorough and also explained everything to me in a manner that made it very easy for me to understand.

Prompt, courteous service! After suffering with acne and dark blotches all my life, I finally feel good about my skin. It’s smooth, clear and even toned.
I love this practice. It’s clean, well organized and everyone is very nice. I like that I’m not prescribed super expensive treatments that are outside my price range but that the recommendations work for me. I will say that I waited to see my doctor until an hour after my appointment this time- but that is unusual. (I’ve never had to wait very long before).
I felt rushed a lot of the time as I was in the examination room. Also, there was little room for questions to the doctor. I was anticipating a consultation which I thought would be 2 sided. However, it seemed like there were no other options for treatment of acne than accutain and I didn't know what questions to ask when being fed with all the information. It was a bit disorienting.
Office staff was friendly and my appointment was on time
Ann Gerald was very knowledgeable and promptly gave me a prognosis.

I visited Cahaba Dermatology for the first time yesterday, following a recommendation from a colleague, and was highly impressed. Everyone was friendly and their process was efficient. The doctor I saw was both matter of fact and friendly, and she took time to hear my concerns. Her demeanor was positive, which I appreciate. Additionally, the facility was beautiful and well-maintained.
