Tracy was wonderful I really enjoyed my hydrafacial and eyelash tint. She was compassionate and truly listened to my concerns. I felt very safe and protected during the whole visit. The staff were all wearing mask, some with both mask and shield. They had hand sanitizer conveniently located upon entry and at every desk. It felt very clean and safe. Thank you for allowing me a place to relax in this chaotic world. 5 stars!

If I had to summarize my experience with Cahaba Dermatology I'd say "efficient." The staff is very professional and polite. They had me checked in, my procedure done, and checked out in less than an hour. Very little time was spent waiting.
The pricing is different from what I read on the website. I’m doing the 3 deal special and I was charged $350.00, then I was asked about leaving a tip. I did leave a tip, but when I had this same procedure done in Nashville from Cumberland Surgery and Dermatology it was $250 plus a PA done the procedure and made recommendations etc. The procedure I had done yesterday barely went 1st layer deep. I felt like I got a good face washing and paid almost $400 for it. The facility was beautiful and the atmosphere was wonderful.
I was seen promptly within a few minutes of my appt. time and Dr. Gerald fully explained the procedure. I was very satisfied with the service provided.
