Overall Great staff and the practitioners are wonderful. We were blessed to get a same day appointment. I’m so thankful Dr. Glick and PA Vickers were available. BUT The scheduler immediately went into a script about biologics and expectations before she really understood what our needs were for our 10 year old son. I thought biologics could have been explained during the appointment as needed. I would have gone to a specialist at Children’s before I set up a time for an infusion or shots for my son. I was very pleased with the visit! The location is breathtaking! I loved my doctor, Dr Gluck was very impressive and personal! Her nurse Alyssa was super nice and helpful!
It was my first visit and Dr Glick was very good about explaining my concern.
Dr Glick is a caring, extremely competent, attentive and thoughtful doctor. She listens to her patients and I trust her assessments and treatment plans. My family is so fortunate to have her as our dermatologist.
It was the doctors recommendation that I use Tretinoin that is sold in the office but they were out. I asked the clerk that checked me out if I could get RX so I could start using it immediately and she said no that they would be back 10/11 and I should come back then to buy it. I also had a notation to use clindamycin lotion and was not given RX nor was it called in to my pharmacy. I think this situation should've been handled differently and RX should've been called in to my pharmacy.
Dr. Glick is wonderful! My first appt. was such a success, she handled exactly what I came in for and didn’t waste any time. The Tuscaloosa office is well run and very clean. Thank you!
Dr was very good. Only complaint was having to wait almost 1 hour to see the Dr. It seemed that there were not that many patients there. Don' understand. Frustrating!
