I already sent Everett McKnight to Dr. Grossman. He is the husband of my best friend, Cheryl McKnight. I love the new office. It is beautiful. The girl that sold me my cosmetics, was so nice. The nurse, Suzane who saw me with the rash under my breast and cultured it, was so sweet. The girl in training and the girl with her training her were ok. I really like Dr G & her staff. Always friendly & does a thorough exam!. My only complaint was the amount of time I sat in the wait area, for an early morning appt., was over 30 minutes. I was 5 minutes early (never know about traffic) for a 9:20 appt but did not get called back until after 9:52 (the last time I glanced at the time).
From the initial call to make an appointment to the check out, the staff was very nice and accommodating. Beautiful building.
I liked your space and everyone was very friendly and professional.
I would highly recommend your services to a friend or colleague. The staff is always so nice and willing to help. They are very good at explaining everything and listening to what you have going on. I have even asked outside questions and they help as best as they can. The staff always go up and beyond the standard. I love this place!

I am giving your staff and facility a 5out 5 stars. Your staff was friendly, welcoming and just made me feel comfortable. Your staff again were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me what was going on with me and still asked if I had any questions. I would just like say thank you to all of your staff and as a company you actually care about each patient.
From the moment I walked through the door, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful!! The facility was impressive, immaculate and well-organized. Once I was in a room, the wait was very short! Yay! My examination was thorough and I felt as if the PA and Physician both took interest in helping me feel better. My prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy ahead of time and were waiting on me when I got there! The entire process, from beginning to end, was a pleasant experience.
