Excellent experience with office staff,nurses and doctor
I see Valerie for tattoo removal, I have been going for about a year and a half. She is always, kind and professional. Sometimes my anxiety ramps up and she is amazing at talking me through the process and calming me down. She’s always patient with me as I freak out. I can’t imagine having anyone else helping me.
The entire staff exceeds professionalism with a great deal of kindness. Dr.Glick was able to make me feel comfortable while performing biopsies. She found a place that needed a biopsy that I didn't even think about. She is thorough and explains procedure without a condescending tone. The front desk stuff was so sweet. I look forward to all my dermatological needs being cared for by this wonderful, professional group.
I have enjoyed my time with CD so far! They are helpful and friendly in the office. I do wish there were more times available for the Tuscaloosa location but otherwise I have been very pleased!
Over my years of coming to Dr Groysman our relationship has become a personal visit not just patient doctor. She is caring and I appreciate how she handles the procedure and makes me at ease. I would recommend her to any of my friends or family seeking a dermatologist. Carol
