Love the doctor. Very thorough and great bed side manner. My only issue is the wait. Waited almost an hour and no one let me know they were running behind. I had to ask the front desk if they forgot about me, but overall a great office.
Staff was very courteous, efficient and professional. All my concerns were addressed and happily my wait was very short.
I love working with Dr Groysman and her staff...they are very friendly, supportive and go out of their way to help you with anything you need. I have and will recommend my friends, family and accociates to her practice.
My father is 95 and has chronic skin cancer. The physician was sympathetic, kind, and offered a spectrum of treatments. She respected his autonomy and did not bully him when he made choices that will not result in the removal of the problem but instead will result in pain free treatments even with a worse overall result. I would recommend everyone be seen by her.
The front desk receptionist, Suzann, was so helpful, courteous, and very sweet. The esthetician, Valerie, was very professional and caring during my procedure and helped put me at ease.
Excellent attention to detail!
I like the doctor and practice but always experience an abnormally long wait time every time I come. One family was overheard stating they had been there for over an hour before they were seen. The wait time was also exaggerated by the TV which repeated the exact same material every 10 minutes or so.
I was very well taken care of at Cahaba Dermatology. The staff was friendly and professional. The doctor and nurse answered all my questions and I left the clinic feeling much better mentally and physically. I felt very comfortable and safe in Dr. Gerald's care. I will continue to come to Cahaba Dermatology because of the good atmosphere and care the doctor, nurse and staff provides.
Professional staff. The office sent several emails and text messages with reminders of appointment. Good communication! Dr Glick was very informative and communicative. Easy to talk to. Highly recommend this office
