I was seen on time, greeted by friendly professionals. Dawn was kind, helpful and conversant. Dr. Glick was personable also. Procedure went well of freezing a few facial spots. And I look forward to my next visit.
The doctor was very good. She listened patiently, explained Rx options, was very skillful. The doctor's PA was cold & not particularly pleasant - poor bedside manner. She was not very skillful or empathetic in carrying out procedures. I hope I do not have to receive care from her in the future.
Friendly and professional atmosphere. They took care of all my needs.
I misstakingly came on the wrong date, but I was still able to have a procedure, so my trip was not in vain. I did get to meet the doctor, and I look forward to my scheduled appointment next month.
I love Dr Groysman and her staff was very friendly and professional. The only issue I have is the wait time is too long. This has happened more than once.
