The first two times I went, it was great! The third time, I had to leave. They were an hour late calling me back with NO explanation, and I had another appointment to get to. The fourth time, they were 20 minutes late calling me back, then just seemed like forever to see the doctor.
My wait time was short. Dr. Groysman was polite, efficient and to the point.
Always a good experience. There's only one area that could use improvement in my opinion, and that would be the wait time. It has gotten better, but it still is obvious that they are over booking for the time allowed. Out of 15 or so visits, not once were they ready to see me at the time of my appointment. I've sat for as little as 15 mins.and as much as An hour and a half.
honest and great service
I love Dr Groysman! She is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to go over every procedure in detail. I'm so glad she is my dermatologist! I'm not a fan of going to dr visits but she makes me feel very comfortable and I highly recommend her to anyone!
Cahaba Dermatology has a professional office staff that understands your time is as valuable as their time. The doctors are very thorough and explain everything in easy to understand language. I feel like I am visiting with friends every time I go and I actually look forward to my visits!
I was instantly excited about my appointment and changing Dermatology offices when I spoke with the sweet receptionist over the phone. She was very helpful and extremely friendly. I moved offices so I could continue to have Dr. Glick as my dermatologist. She is very thorough, and I appreciate the time, care and concern she takes with me each and every time.
Great staff and doctor. Listened and cared.
The wait time has increased each visit, this time I had to wait an hour to be seen. Disappointing
