Great experience! Dr. Glick is patient, thorough, and shows genuine concern for her patients. The office staff was great. Scheduling my appointment was actually enjoyable.

I scheduled an appointment as a new patient and had a pleasant experience starting with the initial call to the day I had my appointment. The staff was very courteous and friendly. It was convenient to receive an email prior to the appointment with instruction on completing the new patient info packet. I received several text reminders of the appointment, which was very helpful. I would highly recommend Cahaba Dermatology to anyone in need of skin care services.
I was very happy with the office staff at this last appt. They really seem to be knowledgeable & keep the flow going well. Much improvement to the previous front office staff I've dealt with (not as friendly & not as efficient). I also liked the nurse (or maybe PA) that came in with Dr. Groysman - I would like to have her every time. I did not care for the one I've had the last few times. She seemed judgmental about procedures I was having.
All employees of Cahaba Derm are courteous and efficient.
Dr. Groysman and staff are very warm, kind, and I trust her/their professional expertise. I continually refer people to her! Might have been our frigid weather, but the waiting room was really cold. Thankfully the wonderful nurse turned on the space heater in the exam room. I get nervous for doctor appointments and being cold makes it harder to stay calm!
It was great customer service.
