The facility was very nice and the lounge area was relaxing. The amenities like water, sparkling water, and wine were a nice addition. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The shower studio could have used an extra towel. The conditioner in the shower would not dispense. The light and music buttons in the float spa didn't work as explained by the attendant. You could choose on or off. There weren't various light or music options as the attendant had explained.
All of the staff were very kind and the facility was very clean. Joy was wonderful!!
Staff were all very friendly. Did not have a long wait until seen.
