Professional, on time, and friendly
All of the staff are very pleasant and are able to answer that are asked of them. The waiting time is very short and Dr. Gerald is always prompt, pleasant and answers all questions that I asked. She is very knowle.
Last year which was my first time there, the doctor did not do a very good body check since I have a lot of moles. She told me it was her last day she was moving and used a blue light looking at my moles. She did freeze a couple of areas that I had questions about. My visit yesterday was much better and more thorough in checking my body.
Both Dr. and Nurse are very caring and professional people and make it a pleasant experience to come to Cahaba Dermatology. If only all visits to your other Doctors were the same it would make life much easier. Their care and concern for my well being is the most important thing and they meet all expectations.
