Competent and polite staff, the PA is very good at her job.
Professionalism is key! I appreciate the staff and the level of professionalism exhibited on each visit! I also appreciate that I don't spend loads of time waiting! I'm usually in and out in less than an hour so I don't have to miss work.
I was made to feel so comfortable and at ease. I actually enjoyed going to the doctor! Nurse Taylor was delightful to talk and laugh with and Dr Gerald was so kind and comforting. I can’t wait to go back for my check up!
