Dr. Groysman was rude and insensitive at my first and only visit. She lectured me and embarrassed me about my skin condition. It was a very humiliating experience. She kept pointing at it and telling me how awful it was. Not very professional at all. ?? Three other doctors referred me to her because they couldn’t help me. She barely glanced at me and then prescribed the same meds I’d already tried dozens of times before. ( All of which was in my history) No biopsy or exam performed! #quack!
Just wanted to follow up. I have been told my face has been laser damaged which has been no surprise. Dr Groysman performed IPL and Pico Genesis both on my face. I have seen the specialist that Dr Groysman sent me to and another specialist at UAB. I am making an appointment with a third specialist because I am so upset to have to live with this permanent damage. She is polite but beware. :(

Office staff and support medical staff were very helpful. I found Dr. Groysman to be very terse and almost rude on 2 different visits. She gave short clipped answers to the few questions I had and offered no additional information. When doing a small outpatient surgery she didn't give any explanation of what she was doing to put me at ease. I felt like she rushed through the procedure and am now worried about how my skin will heal. I was hoping for minimal scaring. Would not recommend.
Dr. Groysman was kind and made me feel comfortable but at the same time she was very efficient. Great blend of professionalism and personality
I asked her to tell me what I needed and she pretty much just hurriedly asked me what I wanted with no discussion or recommendations. She then very quickly injected by face with Botox with no numbing cream or ice which was very painful. The time she previously did this, with premed and ice it was less painful. Previously took time to make sure the results were satisfactory but today she quickly injected and left. I did not think she injected in the right places and I basically see no results!
Dr. Groysman is much like every other dermatologist I've been to - rushed, with no personalized attention to the patient. Wait times were horrible at the Tuscaloosa clinic. I waited over 45 minutes after my appointment time to be called back.
The staff of this office was AMAZING, however my experience with Dr. Groysman was awful. She was very negative about my psoriasis and made it seem as if there was no cure to it. (I have MILD psoriasis) I would not recommend her.
