Good luck if you expect anyone here to answer a phone! I have NEVER wrote a bad review about anywhere until now. All other locations are great! But, I have had nothing but horrible experiences here. I’ve been scheduled several times for teleheath appointments and never receive a call. I’ve had to go a week without correct medications because they were not called in to the pharmacy. I shouldn’t have to call other locations who do answer the phone call the West End location refuses to answer the phone.

Didn’t get the help that needed from the doctor instead I given a prescription for regular Tylenol and some kind pain cream for my knee and left foot of which I didn’t need a prescription for when it’s sold over the counter

More equipment. Treat everyone like they can afford anything. I've been coming about my back since April it's gotten worse they just told me after 9months that I could've paid only $450 for the proper care.
