Long time patient of Gwinnett Clinic. See Dr. Suilmann at the Snellville location. Great family medicine doctor. Super nice. Treats me for several medical issues and very knowledgeable about weight loss and nutrition. Always gives me a handwritten note of what I need to do after I leave the office (that's awesome). Highly recommend her as a primary care doctor.
I cannot recommend, you call , leave messages. And wait, why no one calls you back. Back. Seems likely all we want to speak to you to make an appointment to get that copay. Very disgusted in the service I received.
I can NOT recommend this doctor. I found her to be very rushed, did not want to answer questions, and definitely not thorough. My visit with Dr. Caitlin Suilmann was so poor that I was on the phone the following day to locate another physician to visit. On top of that, after almost a month, I am STILL waiting for her to return my phone calls to answer my question regarding my blood work up that was taken. I would NOT recommend this doctor. Treated as if the only concern was getting me in and out as quickly as possible. The visit was so unproductive that the next day I was on the phone scheduling to see another doctor elsewhere. The office staff was also very poor at returning phone calls. Close to a month later, I am still waiting on the doctor to call me to discuss the complete blood work up that was performed. I made numerous request. Definitely can NOT recommend this physician.
