False advertisement for their Orland Park estate sale (9-24-2021). They advertised a case full of Nintendo 64 games and one gold controller. The items were shown in photos on the site; however, upon arrival at the sale these items were removed from the sale without any notice or update of the photos. It’s an inconvenience waiting hours for something that is advertised as part of the sale only to find out it is not. Please don’t waste people’s time.

They are disingenuous. Strictly out to make a buck. Could care less about treating the home they are in with respect and the same goes for the items they are selling. When they make an error on a sale, they say they will rectify the problem, but despite phone call after phone call, your refund never appears. They promise anything left after the sale will be donated, however their version of donate is ordering a dumpster and throwing all remaining items into it. I have been sending several emails to get prices on things could never get a response now that the prices are on here i don't live on my computer but prices are up everything i was interested in is gone thats so much for all the speedy NOT responses...
