I have made many purchases from Cal Auctions and I have always been treated professionally, and have had my requests accommodated.
I have been buying from them for years and always been happy with the procedures and the people. Until now. The new bidding software requires that I accept a text to register and I don't text. Even for the several bank accounts I administer, I am offered the choice for verification of text, recorded phone call, or an email. Hoping Cal Auctions will change their mind and also verify with emails. Otherwise, it has been nice but.....
Their descriptions of merchandise have been accurate and through for the past 7 years that I have been bidding with them. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful. I highly recommend them
Never had a bad experience in six years of bidding with CA Auctions! Acquired many beautiful items sometimes at bargain prices that I will treasure for a long time! Efficient, well organized and friendly staff always ready to help with any issue.that comes up. Always go and inspect the preview, sometimes things look different than they appear in a photo,thus no surprises later. Easy to bid and navigate the website.

Excellent stuff. If you go and inspect IN PERSON you'll know what you're buying. Can't blame the auction for items "not as described" Staffs friendly and helpful. Great deals to be had. Will be doing more buying here
