We decided to use Cal Auctions instead of using an estate sale to clear out the large house that our mother lived in for many years. There were hundreds of items that we needed to get rid of. Cal Auctions did an amazing job! Their staff was highly professional and proficient. Everything was done on the schedule that they promised. They cleaned up after everything was removed. I presented a monumental task to the owner of Cal Auctions. His only response, "I can do it ALL." And he did. I was amazed. The contract he gave me was clearly written, detailed and accurate, and the price very reasonable given what they had to do. He was easy to reach and quick to respond. Communication with him or any of his staff was excellent. At all times they were professional, empathic, efficient, and respectful. Even my neighbors were wowed by their performance. A friend recommended Cal Auctions to my brother and me when our mother passed away. Phenomenal organization. I've only participated in a few auctions, winning about half dozen times. The staff at CalAuctions are professional, reliable, and responsive. There are no 'cons', only countless pros in all they do. I look forward to many more great auctions with CalAuctions.
