Loving it here The staff here is truly exceptional. From the time of my first visit, to the day I moved in has been such a great process. I got the luxury of working with Britani, Marina, and Taylor and they were all great to say the least. They did a great job explaining everything for me and granting all the small requests I've needed to make the living experience as great as it is. Caldera House - Lewis Center, OH I recently moved into The Caldera House in Lewis Center, OH (with my puppy) and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the community, the top-notch Property Managers (Huge shoutout to Marina and Brittni!-- they worked their magic to get me moved in within 1 business day!!) and the entire Champion team (Shoutout to TJ and Brian (BD) as well!!) that has made our move-in experience so easy. Great place to live I lived here when it first opened, I moved then was so happy to move back here to find how its still so well maintained . The girls at the front desk are so helpful! I would and have recommend Caldera House!!!
BEST place to live Living at Caldera for the last 4 years has been fantastic! The property is beautifully maintained with great amenities that make it a joy to live here. The staff is incredibly kind and responsive, and the community is warm and welcoming. I couldn't ask for a better place to call home!

Excellent experience I was very nervous to move to a new apartment, especially after a few bad experiences in the Columbus area. I was also waiting on a job before I could I could sign on a lease, so Caldera and other Champion properties worked with me to find a lease within days that fit my needs in length, price, and location. Unlike other complexes, what I saw on my tour and was told I was receiving was accurate and hasn't disappointed. The complex is always clean and the employees are always helpful and welcoming.
