5 Star : My Experience Firstly, my car looks amazing, the team did a fantastic job repairing it. It looks new and I sincerely appreciate the time and effort put into it. Unfortunately it was with you all for a while, due to my insurance company taking its sweet time to approve the estimate. Once the work was started, it took just a few days to complete. I really appreciated the updates throughout from start to finish. I will definitely recommend Caliber Collision!

3 Star : Likely to Recommend They were initially the most helpful and best option I had available to me but the ending sequence of events regarding my vehicle brought my recommendation down. 3.5 Star : Repair Quality Had to bring vehicle back to finish service as it was not completed by the time of initial pickup. During this second time was left without a vehicle due to Rental services not having vehicles available. 4.5 Star : Customer Service Customer service was good and helpful. 0 Star : Returned Clean
