0 Star : My Experience Everyone was great. I just felt it took too long and communication could have been better. But the car looks great. You would never know it was damaged. Jay was very thorough & knew his stuff. 4.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality Car looks perfect- like nothing ever happened. 4 Star : Customer Service Everyone was pleasant but I didn’t think they were truthful about how long the repairs would take . I was told 7-9 days and the car was there 3 weeks. I would have preferred the truth.
